Homies & NPCs Is Non-Zombie Carlos as a Homie in GOTR?

Hi, not 100% sure where I can ask this, haha!
Honestly I saw somewhere that GOTR includes Non-Zombie Carlos as a homie, but I was wondering how/when I can get him? Is it endgame things? Or is it even in GOTR at all, I haven't been able to find much info.
(I ask because I've always planned to put him in the game as a homie, unzombified, as a mod - but if it already exists then even better!)

Both he and Aisha are unlockable as homies if you play and beat the DLC missions that Idolninja added to GOTR, but they are unavailable until the very end of the game.
