First of all; The DLC is not compatible with GotR, so make sure it's toggled off in juiced.ini.

If it's still happening, you could try using the Limit Adjuster.

So, I do believe I fixed the black screen issue. First off, it actually happens on the unmodded vanilla game, too. Second, running the game as admin after unchecking the "Register this program for restart" property, which is right below the one to run it as admin, seems to do the trick.

That's what I was going to suggest next. As was suggested to me, Juiced's LAA patcher requires the game be run with admin privileges.
