Has anyone been able to find the xbtl that controls this? GTA4 levels of pedestrians would be cool. Same with heavy traffic (it is a small island). But what about non-violent police choppers flying overhead?
I have modified the notoriety level and it includes police helicopters flying over the city when not wanted or having 1 shield. They are non violent and only have one police officer with a helmet as the pilot.
