When I'm not doing my texture pack modding I'm doing something different such as importing Skyrim clouds over to SR2. How would they work in the game is the question and since there are so many textures, I find it overwhelming.
Maybe combine a few textures from skyrim into 1 big one to make into a peg file for saints row. also you can edit an xtbl to point to certain texture dimensions to make the size bigger and higher quality
