I know this is the Saints Row game it'd fit in the least, but... can someone make a mod requiring you to eat or you slowly lose max health until you die? And eating well could confer some kind of bonus, like bonus time on diversions or something. Maybe this could be done with "mission" beacon thingies where you go up and press E to pay for food, and later if someone wants to they can make it a vending machine model or something.
