How is Saints Row Reboot holding up and would there be a saving grace to modding this game?

Good day to everyone.

I wish to ask about Saints Row Reboot. I bought the game because I find the police notoriety of this game... interesting to say the least. One thing that bugs me though is that there's no boat to chase you (why...)

I know that this game is hated by most players, but I wish to know how's the progress of mod tools for the game?

Unfortunately people that can break open the game are no longer interested on it or Agents of Mayhem, so it hasn't been made very moddable. I think the most significant mod is probably the black bar remover on cutscenes still

Yeah, that's what I was concerned when I searched about it's mod tools. There's little to no info and the last update is probably at least a year ago.

Man, modern Volition really messes up, huh?
