Help Mod making

I am trying to make a texture mod but all texture files are black i used the peg tool and i tried to open them in gimp infaview net paint and nothing do i need to extract the g peg files to and if so how?

yes i did and i even tried deferent versions

What peg file did you drag into the executable?
Ensure you put the peg files, both the g_peg_pc and the peg_pc into that folder with the exe
