Helmet for SWAT

Can someone make a mod where the SWAT cops wear helmets? Like the one in Let's Pretend? I just feel that it would make them feel more tactical, because wearing caps doesn't provide protection.
 
Give this a try. I went a step further and gave them balaclavas and made their gear all-black. This also affects cutscenes.
