have flickering shadows

hi all i have little problem in Saints Row The Third

the shadows flickering only run the SaintsRowTheThird_DX11.exe

That looks like a problem with the graphics driver. I've never seen that particular problem before, but I have seen other strange problems with some versions of NVIDIA graphics drivers. I had to downgrade my graphics driver because it had problems with Saints Row IV after I upgraded.

Downgrade your graphics driver might correct the issue. Other than that it also could be your graphics card might be trying die on you.
