Gat's mayhem ability when using ansel and holes in the map

I've had a few occasions where the game would crash if i activate Ansel while using Gat's mayhem ability, always after I've taken my screenshots and hit done. Another issue I've noticed was two occasions where there were holes in the map, I was able to jump in and go under the map where I would fall indefinately and if I were to to back to the ark and go to the city from there, I would be stuck in an infinite loading screen. I stumbled across one in the city and another in the final room of the firing squad mission where you pick up the box
