I'm trying to launch the game with special K. I've followed all the steps on the tutorial video. SpecialK.dxgi and the inject/textures folder are all in the right place. When the special K overlay shows up the game freezes. I've tried upping the GlobalInjectDelay value, and the game logos are fine until the delay is up. I've tried with no mods installed, so it's not a mod compatibility issue.
I also tried running as an admin, but that just seems to remove specialK from the launch entirely (as though I'd told it to launch without specialK). Needless to say the game runs fine through steam.
Can anyone think of a reason specialK is freezing the game?
