Game crashing in main menu

I have been trying to play sr2 with my friend but everytime i click load game or new game, doesnt matter where, it crashes. I've gone with gotr, without, and fresh install and nothing has worked. If anyone can help with this, it would be much appreciated

Perhaps there is missing a file?
