I've completed Saints Row 4 100%, all missions, clusters, etc. and now I'm going for the achievements. However the "Where's my cape?" achievement is impossible for me to get due to the upgrades for the aforementioned superpower not appearing in the powers menu - only two upgrades appear on it (The power itself, and damage). The upgrades are available to buy on another save file however (though one with far less clusters)
Am I missing something? I thought the upgrades appeared when you finished The Kinzie Gambit - perhaps I should use the mission replay mod to redo the mission and see if they unlock?
EDIT this is due to the second half of the mission bugging out (everything but the main structure of the ship turned transparent, cutscenes didn't play) so I will redo that mission and see if it changes anything.
EDIT 2 it doesn't. That save file is buggered. Unless there's a way to mod it so the upgrades appear (but aren't bought yet)
