This is a special variant of F.R.Z. which will make Stilwater Police very "futuristic".
When you gain police notoriety, cops will spawn everywhere on-foot and shoots you on sight.
Also they no longer uses police cars to chase you (except in some rare cases) because in future, cops just spawn behind you.

is there any way to disable pedestrian spawns and vehicle spawns so I can get a full zombie survival experience? if there is a way it would be much appreciated if instructed.
