Extended Body Slider (via triangle or tweaktable)

Was wondering if it was possible to do something like this yet, as we had one one for saints 3 with the triangle, and saint 4 with the triangle and tweaktable. kinda miss my thicc boss waifu and would love one in remaster

2nd to this, I want thicc waifu boss as well in remastered
