The site went down for about 7 hours (from ~15:00 BST to ~22:00 BST) because the server's disk filled up!

I've fixed the issue and it should hopefully not reoccur.

Attachments uploaded since last night may have been lost.

We had a database blip lasting a few minutes just now, too. This was while I was starting up MySQL replication on the new SQL database backend.
