DLC is missing except GAT V

I got tired of playing the extremely broken Epic Games version (that is kind of left to die) so thought i would buy the Steam version for legacy version.

But all the DLC is missing except GATV and the DLC page is empty

Anyone know a fix for this? Workshop and everything else is working fine on legacy version just the DLC is missing

Wanted to Provide an Update (For if anyone is stumbles across this thread in the future with the same issue):

After contacting Deep Silver support. Turns out if you didn't have the game on Steam with the DLC before hand you are unable to get the DLC for the legacy version..
