Custom tattoos

So I tried looking for a guide of sorts, maybe I'm not searching correctly, but I'd like to include my actual tattoos into the game, but I'm 100% clueless on how to do that, can anyone help a brotha out?

Get the raw file of the tat in the game, open in with an editor, edit it, save it, put it back in the game. It's a bit tedious.
