Character Customization Custom mask that's tiny and at my feet

I've checked the weights, that seems to be good, checked everything I could think of, yet my mask is just, really tiny and at my feet instead of my head. Any help would be much appreciated! I'm also willing to pay for anyone to help me fix it and finish it up. I work 50 hours a week so I hardly have much time. Maya and Saints Row modding is a new territory for me as well.

EDIT: fixed it! turns out the pivot was at 0, 0, -0.001 rather than 0, 0, 0!
