Crashing only when using Special K.

If someone could please tell me what the issue is I'd greatly appreciate it. I tried multiple solutions online like changing the GlobalInjector to 15, still did not work. When I play the game normally, it doesn't crash and works perfectly fine. EDIT: I also have only two mods installed, one removes the blurriness for nude bodies and the other is a skin texture to make the face look smoother.
 
It's been a while since I used Special K, so might remember wrong but...
Have you tried delaying the time before Special K does its thing?
Have these mods worked together before this? If not, could you remove one of them to eliminate what possibly causes it?
Maybe try updating graphics card drivers?
