Crashing in store, and in random locations. [ Gentlemen of The Row also causing crashes ]

So, uh, I don't know why, but random clothing will just cause the game to crash, and as well as that, sometimes the game just crashes out of no where.
I can't even run the game without Gentlemen of The Row installed, so I got no idea what to do, as I've tried literally everything I can think of, and no-one seems to know how to fix the issue, from what I could find, or if they did fix the issue, the explanation didn't really make sense.
 
Are you using GOTR clean (without another mod)? If that's not the case, download again GOTR and delete the one you are using it. Maybe the GOTR you are using might have missed files..
