Long story short downloaded Inauguration station today from steam and cant even run it, crashes after couple of logos and short appearance of loading screen

This is what appears in crash report right after going to task manager, without doing it program just sits on screen looking like its loading but its frozen

Carshed on previous drivers updated to 13.8 latest available and even betas still same thing crashing on loading. To be honest I don't feel like purchasing SR4 at the moment because Ive seen many people on steam with similar issues and crashes :S
