This is only in coop?
I only experienced that in Co-Op.
It worked on my playthrough.
I have exactly the same issue, worked fine when i played it solo was all matt'd out like that when i played co-op.
During the first top down tank sequence, i could not see my tank at all although my friend tells me he could see my tank moving as i mashed keys
. During the subsequent 3d sequences i could just navigate around the areas, shooting tanks seemed to do nothing and i could not shoot the gate locks at all.
