coop getting de-synced/partner not hearing/seeing things host does

I was playing coop with my friend through Steam and he wasn't hearing any of the audio radio calls from Keith Davis. Then when we went to the ship he couldn't even see Keith. We both restarted the game and it worked. But this bug really is annoying for coop.

Same here, i have no idea why this happens (plus a multitude of bugs and crashes, one wiping my friends save games)
