Clear Out Phone Cheats/Contacts

For those who want to clear out their phone of cheats/contacts and then re-type them again.

Drop cheats.xtbl and cell_phone.xtbl into your SR2 Juiced mods folder and loadup a save and then save the game to remove all your cheats/contacts off your phone, that way you can re-enter them after disabling the mod and adjust the order of cheats the way you want it to be.

What I did was took the cheats.xtbl from the 360 build and disabled all the cheats using the table editor thus allowing the player to refresh them so that way overtime they don't have to start a new game in order to refresh their phone cheats.
