Can't stop GOTR from crashing

To start, I am using the Steam version of SR2 and I reside in the United States. After installing this mod when I go to the clothes store and look at the "IdolNinja's Funk" outfit the game crashes every time. I've put the game in windowed mode, uninstalled the nude patch, switched the shader file and nada. Any help getting the mod to run properly would be greatly appreciated.
