Visuals & Graphics Can someone make an ultra low graphics mod? My GPU died, and I still wanna play the game.

Currently getting 20FPS on LOW at 50% resolution. If someone could up to 30 frames I'd be grateful.

Before anyone asks why i don't just buy a trash GPU to run it low - I'm leaving the country in a few months, and selling my PC as is. Don't wanna spend $ something I'll barely use.
