Can we actually modifying Maps,Clothes , adding or replacing vehicles in the Future

because i really miss the Condor and i really want it in SRIV or the Stylish Coat with West From SRTT

Or porting all missed vehicles from SRTT to SRIV
 
Just in case you didn't know, there is the SR IV SDK Release A & B. They said that things like new weapons and clothes can be added, but no new hair, for the moment.
The rest is just a matter of time.
