Basic modding on the inauguration station

I downloaded the inauguration station and I tried to unpack the vpp_pc files, like I did in sr3
but gibbed tools always crash

it's sr4 going to be supported soon?

We already have tools that we are testing. We are also still discussing what to do about modded uploaded characters. More details as we know them.

Very similar to SR3, wouldn't be surprising if it worked natively, at least thats what I guess Op was thinking.

Feel free to implement the changes mentioned in http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/packfile-format-for-sr4.3004/ for version 10 files - although it doesn't mention AFAICT how the CRC is calculated.

Or just wait until we have a decision on the upload of modded characters and the tools are released.

We already get people uploading characters using custom skins, tits all flapping in the wind, so they're trying to find a good way to deal with custom characters and how to manage them being uploaded. It's not so much anyone cares if you want to do this, but uploading them to the site where angry Canadian ladies could call the cops on you is kind of a problem.
