More attractive male and female homies. This can be your idea of attractive, and other peoples idea of attractive. (sorry if this isn't possible, but I think I saw a homies mod earlier)
Edit: Oh, and if they can have super powers that would be great!

No no no its not an upgrade you will just have to complete a loyalty mission in the side quests section for each homie, its completely optional.

Wait, but doesn't that apply only to certain homies? So is it completely impossible to get a homie from a mod that has superpowers?

I'm pretty sure that a mod-made homie could be given super powers through the data of that homie. Since regular homies get replaced by their super powered versions in the phonebook, I think that there must be like a "flag" of some sort in their data that makes them superpowered.
