It can't really be done, as there are no animations that would work for a dual sword weapon.

There are (I guess the dual sword anims from SR2), but probably they won't get loaded.

it seems that the deckers use dual sword attacks, with the sandbox 'interface', as I activate the option to switch team to deckers team, the punchs are replaced with dual sword attacks. So, maybe there is an option allowing us to use dual swords without being on deckers team.

Deckers don't have dual swords.

Quite sure they have just one sword. The animation only shows that they grab the sword with both hands.
