AMD FSR?

What happen to this feature announced officially by AMD and Volition? nowhere to be found with the latest patch.
 
Oh cool, newest small update added AMD FSR.

I played for about 2 hours today, just driving around, causing chaos and fighting idols... and i got to admit the game feels much better and smoother thanks to FSR. I also didn't encountered a single Glitch in that timeframe... if only they had delayed the game again and release it in THIS state.

I'm really happy with the FSR slider! For me the sweet spot is 1.4 which would be right between Ultra Quality and Quality.
 
It's a great option, sadly my GTX1070 can't handle Quality or Ultra Quality settings, i can only use it up to "Balanced" because those two settings tank my FPS just like when FSR it's disabled which defeats the purpose. But Balanced is still a nice boost.
