SOLVED Almost everything is white

I can walk around and shoot, but the people and the objects are white.
I tried Direct X 9 and 10/11, but there's no difference.

Yes, I have.
Seems so. I wrote to the technical support, but their solutions didn't help me:
- Plug in the PSU
- Choose the better GPU
- Use Virtu MVP

1. Make sure all the power slots are used on the GPU
2. Make sure you have enough power http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/
3. Use cables marked VGA for GPU rather than cables marked CPU

Try these suggestions. They're pretty much an expansion of the first suggestion with a check list.

Reinstalled the whole game and now it works.
