Ability to mute calls for survival

This mod has been requested by some people (Including me... lol) so the time has come! I've managed to find the script to mute calls of survival mode so everyone can freeroam in peace.

Installment:
Simply place the sr3_city_survival.xtbl file in with the exe file of the launcher and you're good to go.

I tried it now. It works! I can now forget for those survival EXTREMELY TOUGH Morningstar, Luchadores and Zombie Brutes that inflict massive melee damage where's player cannot even reduce it at all via any upgrade, unlike Bullet / Fire / Explosion / Hit by Vehicle where we can get either reduce or complete immunity toward those types of damage, but NOT for melee ones that Brutes can inflict!
