A voice log plays back immediately on each save load?

I have no idea why as I don't think there's any context for this to happen so I assume it's a bug, but every time I load a save, one single voice message always plays back. In my case, it's ALWAYS the same Keith David audio log even well past where it might be relevant storywise, which makes me suspect it's a bug. This has happened repeatedly without fail for every load, even as I progress through the story missions.

I think it's always the last one you collected from any of your core 7 homies.

not for me, i collected all of Ben's and some of Pierce's after i got Fun Shaundi's and it still plays hers

Mine is Keith David 02, and I've collected many since.

I've collected plenty voiceovers since that one, and it's still the same one that plays for me.

I had one of Tanya's playing for me for a while at first, and now it's Keith David's.

I'm getting this bug too. It's one of Fun Shaundi's; the one where she mentions Loa Dust and "beer bongs"; probably #2 because that's what a lot of people are saying. I have gotten audio logs since then btw.
