3 Count Crib is glitched

I've bought both upgrades for my 3 Count crib, yet the building looks as if I haven't bought the upgrades at all. Does anyone know why the building isn't changing?

It's a known issue with vanilla. The mission replay mod actually fixes that by simply replaying the 3 Count Beatdown stronghold mission.
