I did the exact same edits to CAR_2DR_MUSCLE04 and it still spawns in civilian versions of the car.

Car_2dr_muscle04 seems to be Phoenix but Im still hopelessly lost on how to add a customized version to gang customization. In gang_customization I can only see the names of available cars and no indication on how they are colored purple
