It was for SR4. You could pack all of your modded textures as one cpeg file, pack it as vpp and put to mods folder. Other games required repacking str2_pc and updating asm_pc files

You can. If you already have customization_files file in your game folder please read the installation guide

I don't remember. It was 2 years ago and I have no idea how to make it work but I rember that some of the textures were broken
