In SRTT he's "ped_male_antwon2" under "npc_ped_servstaff02". I haven't checked what he's named in SRIV, but both the servstaff and suit versions are in SRIV.

With updates to Hero Forge, comes updates to my models. And as the above images demonstrate, I've went for a more generic pose option for all my figures. This is due to ordering a few of the figures and finding out that they do not stand on their own with poses I chose. So here we go...
