I second this. rewarding instead of having a penalty would work like WoW's "well rested" system (that gives xp buff when people aren't log in). Maybe something simple like having extra health/stamina, depending on how hard it can be to implement

Sounds like Re-Elected issue, workshop items with physics got screwed up. If on steam, you can try reverting to legacy stable branch right click games list > Properties > Betas > select legacy_stable (though it might not immediately work for you)

If your mod adds new things (instead of replace existing assets) things that get saved into your savefile, it likely won't work. Anything that adds new homies, new clothes, unlockables, etc. This is an oversimplified explanation though. Yeah not working with GOTR is mentioned in Issues section...

This does not seem like the regular camera FOV, it seems modded. Are you sure you removed all .xtbl and .lua files in the correct location? Just uninstalling from Steam doesn't automatically delete the mod files.

Are you putting your files in the /mods folder? By default this folder has lowest priority in loose.txt so GOTR will override it. Make sure your mods are in their own folder then put it above GOTR in loose.txt.

Feature request: Is it possible to make FOV multiplier go lower than 1.0 when pressing the numbered F keys? Preferably low as possible without breaking rendering

Does changing COOP_COMMANDS = false to true not do it? (I don't coop, so not sure.) Of course, both players should have the same exact Sandbox+ files.

I remember having issues with DXVK installed specifically for the Plastic Surgeon menu. I found removing it whenever using the plastic surgeon menu seems to make it display properly and then putting back DXVK when done (and saved).
