Saints Row 1 HQ Texture Pack for Saints Row 2 v4.2 FIXED w/ New Links added!

Thanks! I wonder if I can find the data from X360 version of SR1 to use in SR2, suck as rising , moon setting and moon phases? It's a possibility.

On my next mod release I will include the juice patch in it. But first, do I need their permission?

Well I ask but they said "Nope". I guess this mod is going to held on hold for a while. I will continue with this mod later. I'm going to turn my attention to Skyrim AE for now.

I don't mean to speak for Clippy, but your comment reads as "Do I need your permission to add the Juice Patch on my next release of my SR1 HQ Texture Pack for Saints Row 2?" Clippy said "Nope", meaning you don't need to ask permission. So yes, you already have permission. I would be surprised if the Kobraworks guys would not allow other modders to use files from their open source project for our own projects, considering Juiced is such an integral part of the PC experience these days. Just give credit where it's due, as always when using someone else's work.

Good luck with whatever you decide to work on. 👍

No I mean no, we don't want the entirety of Juiced packaged into other mods, people have packaged GOTR + old versions of Juiced and we've had multitude users coming into the discord asking for support for something we did not ship. on crashes that are clearly not caused by Juiced, I don't even see why you need to include Juiced Patch just for the moon skybox you can either tell people to install Juiced patch or just grab the files from the project, but I'd rather not see packaged up Juiced versions on the web

Clippy says no he or she means no. I don't blame you on that. Folks, after you download my mod make sure you download and use the Juiced patch. It is a perfect mod to have in any Saints Row 2 game!

-SeaboundSaint- I'm trying to make a weather mod for Skyrim AE/SE.

Ah, I see. One word answers aren't often very clear, so thanks for elaborating. I'd hate to see someone giving up on an idea because of a misunderstanding.

I completely understand and agree with your reasoning. However, I was under the impression this was all specifically regarding Caboose's Moon Fix files, which come bundled with Juiced. So are we not allowed to build upon the loose mod files which come bundled with Juiced, be it for compatibility, improvement, or creating alternative versions of those files?

Juiced is licensed under the MIT License and I chose it as it's the least restrictive so as long you comply with it it's fine, the question was to include Juiced patch into this mod which is weird to do, like I said grabbing and modifying the files is fine, but grabbing the moon fix and putting in this mod AS-IS seems redundant especially if we're ever to change it in the future
