If you are reposting my mods / creating derivatives to a login-only site such as NexusMods, please link back to the relevant SRM thread. I do not like forcing people to sign in just to download a mod. If you don't agree to this I wish you stub your toe once every two months (and precisely every two months, so you'll never see it coming)
Here's a Non-100% save for SRIV if you dislike Story missions.

No Pain Voice Delay | Removes 5 second cooldown between player pain voices
No More Nagging | Prevents Dane and the gang telling you to go back to work when story quests aren't done
Female Grunts Only | Replaces most demon grunts on the street to be female. Variants are untouched

Nuanced Vehicle Handling | Aims to give each car its own distinct, often beater, personality while disabling instantaneous steering

Centered Full-Vertical Cam | Loosely based off SR2's camera, but not really
Uncut Vehicles | Spawns vehicles like the Emu, Compensator and Challenger on the streets
Lava Cannon Doesn't Gib | (find the "and No Lava Cannon Gibs" file) | Intended to prevent the player's corpse from gibbing when fighting the grunts. Also lets you hear their death rattles!yum~
Erotically Close Camera (Adult Corner) | Like Centered Full-Vertical cam, but focuses way too much on your character's assets. I'm embarrassed I made this, but this -is- a full list of mods I've made so -shrug-
Traffic Speeds | Makes traffic drive faster so you can finally get run over by a Corroda. Yes this is a ripoff of -SeaboundSaint-'s work for SR2, but I swear I used my own vanilla files lol
| Reduces how overdone the visual effects are in this otherwise sexy remaster
The Blood Songs Fix | A port of the SR3 mod removing "non-fitting" songs from the radio playlist
No DJs, No Commercials | It's like Ubl*ck *rigin, but for SRTTR radios! (This can be used with SRTT, just remove uhd_ prefix from logo images)
Slower Steering Speeds | Makes steering less instanteous
Change Female Pain Voice | Allows you to use any female character's pain voice lines as your own! (Model not included. There was a Kinzie player model mod but I never bothered dissecting how it works especially since it seems to replace models)
Genderswap Whored Mode (bad) | Changes the male characters of Zombie Uprising to be female... and that's about it. Super low effort
Tourist Difficulty | Ever played Serious Sam? ; )
Just Female NPCs SR3R (wip) | [insert witty description here.]

Just Female NPCs (SRTT) - Still unfinished. I can't be bothered, I enjoy it enough as is.
No Fist Weapon Icon - Because why would your fists be white when you're playing as a latina?
That One Cheat Table That Lets You Play Zombie Uprising As Your Boss Without Installing Insurance Fraud - Adrenaline explosion on impact & ᴍɪsᴄ (sorry, I couldn't resist formatting it like that. They make great SR2 guides tho!)

Oh yeah.
Gat Out of Hell's awesomeness lies in its simplicity.
The emptiness lets you experience the world better with less distractions.
The pieces fit together better as a whole, despite not being a mainline SR game.
...yes, it's also awesome because Kinzie is playable.

Hey Female Pain Voice enjoyers! I have lazily figured out that you can simply place inside function sr4_5_city_main() of SuperUI. Like so:
In GOOH this works with Suko (Viola) and Demon_Female, others (within what little of audio_banks.xtbl) are muted.
This is terrible code thus I'm not posting it anywhere else!!!
