i'm having the same problem,I've deleted all my mods and re-installed the game itself,but for some reason i can't load any of my saves without it crashing.

sorry, i'm not good with words but i have it set to full screen, it just occasionally changes the setting when starting up forcing me to change it back

occasionally starts in windowed mode, with saved resolution but not in fullscreen as set. minor bug; fixed after setting to full screen in display settings

i was a little disappointed that the vanilla TOD changes didn't effect steelport at all, just change time of day or have the camera use different filters. it would be cool to see new TODs made by the community that change steelport completely (i.e cars, civilian and cop clothes, billboards...

i also have this bug...

after the latest patch my energy sword lost its only upgrade, it isn't listed in patch and i noticed after killing someone with it it only drops one health pack like the non-upgraded version. it worked fine when the other weapon files were corrupted by the other patch.

toggling upgrades would add replay value for completionists
