Update: Installed only mods which affect vehicles, weapons only, No Retexture packs on the world etc. I no longer crash on the outfit, now its the second one down that crashes.

My sincere apologies though fusion, I assumed that this would of fixed it after one successful run however the problem occurred even after uninstalling.
