    Thanks for the quick reply. I'll try that. It's incomprehensible how uselessly uninformative Steam support is outside the "create an account for this service that is associated with a service you already have an account for". I wish they were clearer about that. I like the old school...

    This may not be the best place to ask about this, but I can't find anywhere in the Steam database or in any other forums how to download DLC after I've purchased it. This may seem stupid, but it's a genuine problem I'm having. Nothing I do seems to work, and the button to "Install Games Now"...

    I don't particularly enjoy the cops using stunguns more often. Incapacitation is somewhat of a hassle to me (I enjoy running around with the missile strike) and it's hard to land a shot with that thing when I'm dropped every few seconds.     Seems like an indicator for how high above your target the airstrike splits from the single missile into the giant group. But I don't know what its context is, so it might be how high above your mark it spawns in-game.

    They might have the ApocaFists equipped. Which do massive damage. And there's no damage reduction upgrade for someone punching you in the face. You just gotta buffer it with a higher amount of health.

    Most other weapons mods use the weapons.xtbl to alter things, this one uses the tweak_table. Otherwise, copy/paste the code for the air strike over the same code in whatever other mods you have that use the tweak_table. Or vice versa. Both work. Notepad++ is of making things easier.
