Added new files to "Difficulty Rebalance": - heli_br/tp: Ever thought Heli Assault was too easy, or sometimes boring even? This should fix it! The health of your homie's car has been halved and time between enemy spawns has been reduced.

This is a bit old but, but that's because the game/engine actually has a top speed limit in place independent of the vehicle files. You have to use Zolika's menu to remove it. Doing so lets vehicle go way faster even with vanilla files, it might even ignore the top speed limit in the vehicles...

Either play on lower difficulty levels or extract the common.vpp_pc package and modify the <Player_Ram_Delay> values for each difficulty. Hard difficulty has a 5 second delay between rams, Normal has a minute and Easy has 4 minutes.

For anyone else getting the above error, the filepath to the files cannot have any spaces in it, for example: E:\SR2 Cruncher does not work and it tells you it's looking for them at E:\SR2 But E:\SR2Cruncher Will give you a new file without any problems
