is it possible to make it so the coop player can execute Sandbox+ commands?

playing this game with a buddy, and we like messing with sandbox+, but it's kind of frustrating that only the host can execute commands, is there anyway to make it so the coop player can execute commands too?

Does changing COOP_COMMANDS = false to true not do it? (I don't coop, so not sure.)
Of course, both players should have the same exact Sandbox+ files.

hmm, the the description of it made it seem like it only makes it so the effects ALSO effect the other player, but i'll give it a shot
