All npc appearance file and pre file

Excuse me, where can I find these two documents? GOTR has only a small number of npc files. Do any friends know where to find a full set of npc files for the rest?
 
In "common.vpp_pc" in your Saints Row 2 root directory (where "SR2_pc.exe" is located). You will need to extract it using minimaul's tools. Just drag "common.vpp_pc" onto "ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.ExtractPackfile.exe", and a new folder will be generated containing all the extracted files.

I have succeeded, There is an unpacking tools in the GOTR file.Thank you for your answer again. I edited the swat file myself, so that the original swat and the masked and helmet swat can coexist in the game.I'm testing in the mission, and if there is no problem, I'll release it.
