Gentlemen of the Row: Store Outfit Crashing

When using standard gentlemen of the Row mod, I keep sustaining SR2_PC.exe crashes every time I go into a store and try to select different outfits to buy. Some will not crash the game whilst others will.

I have never had this problem on my old PC of which I played saints row 2 and gentlemen of the row with next to no crashes however upon using my new PC and reinstalling everything certain cut-scenes and outfits will now cause crashes. Could anyone help or have a solution?

Strange, never had that issue before. Maybe a mod is conflicting with another mod?

I was hoping it was just that but I have tried a clean version with no results. I also read deleting profile.bat from appdata THQ folder fixes it but again no results.

Okay, have you tried deleting settings.dat? Here, use mine in place of yours:

Good News! I have managed to fix the issue!

It turns out using Gentlemen of the Row options using Remove Nudity feature and using the Shaders.PC file that it creates causes crashes on the new outfits
 
Sorry guys, It is occuring again,

It is to do with the shaders.PC file but I can't seem to fix it even with a new save or verifying the cache or deleting profile and settings.bat
