Zinyak Statue Glitch

I want to go and get all achievements for SRIV, but I can not complete all the challenges due to The Zinyak Statue Glitch. On the Map his head appears but when I travel to destroy the statue, there is no statue there. I haven't destroyed the statue before and by the looks of it I can't any time soon. It is the statue on the front if the Nuclear Power Plant. If you can patch this please do. Thanks a ton. -Alex

Sorry I am new to this whole set up and couldn't find anything for glitches. I will get pictures up ASAP.
